All DD Miles Couture products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production typically begins within 1–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered.

Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly stated on the website.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

DD Miles Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
